Bhubaneswar: BJP on Sunday launched three ‘Prachara Raths’ to inform people about the scheduled two-day Odisha visit of the party’s national president Amit Shah starting January 6.

The saffron party’s organising secretary Prasanna Mishra flagged off the three vehicles decorated with posters of Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in presence of senior state leaders here.

“The three Raths will urge people to attend the 'Maha Samavesh' of Shah in large numbers at a ground in Unit VI on January 6,” said Sameer Mohanty, spokesperson of the party.

Sources said the three raths will tour assembly constituencies of Bhubaneswar Madhya, Bhubaneswar Ekamra and Bhubaneswar North.
