Woman strangled to death by in-laws for dowry

Meerut: A 25-year-old woman has been allegedly murdered by her husband and in-laws over dowry. Pushpa Devi`s husband Mahesh and three others had strangled her to death on Monday night, a complaint lodged by her father with the police said. She had been sexually and mentally exploited before this, it said.
