Etah: A young woman was allegedly burnt to death for dowry in Rajpura village here, police said on Friday.

Sushma, married four years ago to Narendra Singh, was being tortured for dowry for the past some time and on Thursday her husband and two others allegedly threw kerosene on her and set her ablaze, police said.

She was rushed to the district hospital where she succumbed to injuries, police said, adding, two people have been arrested after an FIR was registered by her relatives.
