Paralakhemundi: Two Maoists were arrested from the forest area of Gajapati district during a combing operation on Monday.
 
The rebels were arrested by the security forces and were identified as residents of the forest area of Adaba, they said.
 
One of them was identified as a senior operative of Bansadhara division and involved in a number of cases including the murder of a village guard and torching of a bus.
