Sasaram: Three naxalites were arrested on Tuesday after the encounter with police in Kaimur hill area in Bihar`s Rohtas district, a senior police officer said.

Acting on a tip-off, a police raided the forest area in Kaimur. After an encounter, police arrested the three naxalites, Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj said.

The SP said police recovered five police weapons which were looted by the ultras from the arrested naxalites.
