Minor raped by teenager

Ballia (UP): A four-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped by a teenager in Aadar village here, police said on Saturday. The incident took place on Friday when one Rakesh took the minor to the fields and raped her, Superintendent of Police, Onkar Singh, said. The police later arrested the accused.
