Berhampur (Odisha): A huge quantity of explosive substances was seized and one person arrested from Ankuli area here today, police said.

Kora Sethi was arrested for illegal possession of explosive materials, sources said.

The explosive substances included 15 detonators, ten bundles of wires and 15 kg of ammonium nitrate powder, said Inspector in charge (BN Pur) Deepak Mishra. The explosive materials were meant for use in stone quarries, he added.
