Appropriate action as per law : Gadkari

"Let it be demolished (Adarsh building) ... if it is wrong it is wrong. As the society was meant for housing the families of Kargil martyrs appropriate action should be taken in accordance with the law," BJP President Nitin Gadkari told reporters when asked about the union ministry`s direction to the housing society to demolish the 31-storey building in Colaba area of Mumbai within three months.

Gadkari, however, said that the environment ministry should strike a balance between environment and development while dealing with matters relating to industrial and other projects.
