Los Angeles: Hollywood veteran Anthony Hopkins says he is not choosy about the roles being offered to him as long as the script is good.

The legendary Welsh actor, who won an Oscar for essaying the serial killer Hannibal Lecter in `Silence of the Lambs`, has no qualms in being often cast as the villain.

"I`ll play anything. If you give me a script and it`s a good script, you know? I play God in Thor, no I don`t have any preference one way or the other," said Hopkins.

In his upcoming movie `The Rite`, the 73-year-old actor plays a priest who performs exorcisms in Italy.

"I just worked with Kenneth Branagh, last year I worked with Woody Allen. I take it easy and enjoy my life," he said adding he is not restricted to horror movies.

Despite the subject matter of his new movie, Hopkins claims he is still yet to be convinced by apparent hauntings from the evil, TMZ online reported.

"I`m not an expert, I know very little about it but it was an interesting movie to make," he added.

Hopkins is currently filming `Arabian Nights`, an action adventure movie which also stars Dwayne Johnson and Liam Hemsworth.
