All about Baahubali Prabhas marrying Niharika; Chiranjeevi opens up

Hyderabad/Bhubaneswar: Prabhas’ marriage has been the talk of the town since his appearance and outstanding performance in the Baahubali series of SS Rajamouli. After the actor was rumoured dating his co-star in the movie ‘Anushka Shetty’, now rumours are making the rounds that he will soon marry actress Niharika Konidela, niece of Megastar Chiranjeevi.

While the Prabhas-Niharika marriage rumour is yet to die down, Chiranjeevi has come forward and rubbished all these news stating that the rumour has no base and lacks any substance.

The Megastar said that such rumours must be stopped as there is no truth to it. Besides, Niharika is busy with her films for the time being and she has to go a long way, he added.

Niharika, who made her debut with Telugu movie ‘Oka Manasu’, is likely to be part of a movie which also stars Bollywood’s ‘Angry Young Man’ Amitabh Bachchan.

She also produces under her banner ‘Pink Elephant Pictures’.

Niharika is currently working in a Telugu film ‘Happy Wedding’ - written and directed by Lakshman Karya opposite Sumanth Ashwin.

On the other hand, Prabhas’ is busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Saaho’ – a high octane action thriller - in Dubai.

Earlier, Anushka Shetty refuted marriage with Prabhas and said, “Prabhas and I are not getting married. Please do not expect Baahubali and Devasena-like chemistry in real life. It is only for the screen.”
