Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In a major recruitment for students awaiting a government job, the Staff Selection Commission has invited online applications for the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 for filling up Group “B” and Group “C” posts in various Ministries/Departments/Organizations in the Government of India. Interested and eligible candidates should apply soon as the recruitment process has already begun.
Candidates are advised to follow the details including age limit, name of the posts, number of the posts, educational qualification and the other eligibility criteria given below. Scroll down for the details of the examination.
Examination Dates and Selection Process:
The Tier-I of CGL Examination in Computer Based Mode is scheduled to be held from July 25, 2018 to August 20, 2018. Final selection through the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 to various posts would be according to the confirmed number of vacancies from the concerned Indenting Ministries/Departments/Offices/Cadres before declaration of result.
Application Details:
The application process for the SSC CGL 2018 exam began from May 5, 2018 and the last date for the online application is June 4, 2018. Aspirants are advised to fill the SSC CGL online application form on or before the last date.
The SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination is conducted in 4 Tiers (Tier I, Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV). The Tier I of the SSC CGL exam 2018 will be conducted from July 25 to August 20. The SSC CGL Tier II exam dates, Tier III (Descriptive Test) and Tier IV (Skill Test) will be announced later on.
Application Fees:
General and OBC candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 to apply for the posts. However, SC/ST/PH/Female candidates have been exempted from payment of application fees. there is no application fee. The application fee can be paid by SBI Challan, Credit card or debit card.
How To Apply:
The online application process for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018 exam has already begun and candidates can apply for the same on the official website of Staff Selection Commission, i.e. ssconline.nic.in.
Steps to Apply Online:
- Go to the official website of Staff Selection Commission or just log on to ssconline.nic.in.
- After opening the website, you will see “RECRUITMENT OF COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION, 2018”. Click on Apply button.
- Register yourself as a new user. For this candidates need to have an email ID and mobile number for the OTP.
- After completing the first part, go to the second part and fill all details and apply online.
