Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: Good news for candidates who are looking for a career in the Indian Railways, as the Western Railway (WR) has published an employment notification to fill up 1962 apprentice vacancies in various designated trades of Electrical Department & Mechanical Department. Interested and eligible candidates must apply before November 23, 2017.

Educational Qualification:
A Candidate must have cleared 10th Class in 10+2 Examination system or passed ITI from any approved Institute/Indian Universities.
Age Limit:
Applicants' age should be between 15 and 24 years as on October 24, 2017. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.
Application Fee :- Applicants are required to pay the fee at the time of online form submission or Demand draft in case of offline job application. For this job application, candidates have to pay Rs 100 through Indian Postal Order/ Demand Draft in favour of Sr. DFM/Vadodara. However, SC/ ST, PH and women candidates are exempted from paying the application fees.

Selection Procedure:
After sorting a candidate’s application form, the further selection of the candidate will be based on merit in both Matriculation and ITI examination.
