Berhampur: Odisha Police seems to be groping in dark even though it had claimed to have ‘identified’ the assailants involved in the brutal murder of Chhatrapur councilor, Laxmidutta Pradhan.

Though three days have passed since the gruesome murder, the attackers are still at large even though all of them were caught on CCTV camera while hacking Pradhan to death outside his residence near LIC Colony on September 16.

It is suspected that Pradhan was killed over past enmity though a detailed investigation is being carried out by police in connection with the incident.

A delegation of BJD leaders met the Director General (DG) of Police, RP Sharma today seeking immediate arrest of the miscreants involved in the murder case.
