New Delhi: Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. said on Saturday it has raised Rs.10,000 crore employing a mixture of non-convertible debentures (NCD) and warrants to qualified institutional investors.

In a regulatory filing on Saturday, it said 3.65 crore warrants were issued at an issue price of Rs.14 each and at an exercise price of Rs.1,475 a share.

HDFC raised Rs.5,384 crore through the issue of warrants while the warrant issue price of Rs.14 each will not be adjusted against the price or would be refundable, it said in the filing.

Another Rs.5,000 crore was also raised by the issuance of the NCDs, it said.
