Missing student’s body found on city outskirts

Bhubaneswar: A missing college student was found dead on the outskirts of the city near Khurda, police said on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Godavarish Palei of Baleri village under Banapur police limits.

According to reports, Godavarish was missing since September 17 and his body was recovered from near Ghantasila hillock in Khurda district.

A packet suspected to be some poisonous substance has been recovered from near the body.

Though the exact cause of death is still unclear, police have started a probe into the incident.
